At Kleansource, we stand behind the quality and reliability of every product we manufacture, including our motorcycle lights, bike lights, automotive relays, and electronic accessories. Our warranty is designed to protect your investment and ensure complete satisfaction with every purchase.

Warranty Coverage

• Warranty Period: All products come with a 12-month (1-year) limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

• What is Covered:

  • Manufacturing defects in components, circuitry, and housing

  • Failure of LED chips, batteries, and electronic functions (excluding damage from misuse)

  • Issues with waterproof performance (IPX4/IPX6/IP67 rated products, when used as intended)

  • Defects in mounting hardware and accessories

• What is Not Covered:

  • Damage from accidental drops, impacts, or physical abuse

  • Water damage caused by improper installation or use beyond the product's rated IP rating

  • Normal wear and tear, scratches, or cosmetic damage that does not affect function

  • Damage from unauthorized modification, repair, or disassembly

  • Damage from extreme weather, accidents, or misuse (e.g., overvoltage, incorrect wiring)

  • Consumable parts (e.g., batteries, if damaged by improper charging)

  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or third-party platforms

How to Make a Warranty Claim

1. Contact Us: Reach out to our support team at [support@yourbrand.com] with your order number, product model, and a detailed description of the issue, along with clear photos/videos of the defect.

2. Verification: Our technical team will review your claim within 1-2 business days to confirm eligibility.

3. Resolution: For valid claims, we will offer one of the following solutions at our discretion:

   • Free repair of the product

   • Replacement with a new or refurbished equivalent product

   • Full or partial refund (for products that cannot be repaired/replaced)

4. Shipping: For B2B bulk orders, we will cover return shipping for defective products; for B2C retail orders, we will cover the cost of replacement shipping.Our Quality Commitment

Q1:Would you provide design?

Our company can provide circuit design, IC program design, mobile APP development and other services. Technical support and services such as structure, optics, and thermals are also available. Product packaging design, posters, detail pages, video frequency can be provided.

Q2:Do you test all your goods before delivery? How about your company testing?

Our products are 100% inspected before shipment, ensuring that each product received by customer is a qualified product.

Each product has undergone at least four full inspections during the production process:

1. When the PCBA circuit board module is completed

2. When the wire harness is welded

3.When the assembly is completed

4.When packaging.

Meantime,our company will regularly take a part of the product for a few hours of aging, and can take a long time fatigue test to check its anti-attenuation ability. If one fails, the entire batch will be aged. Real implementation the quality policy: customer first, quality first !

In addition to aging, our company will also do ROHS, high and low temperature, UV protection, waterproof, anti-vibration test. For work lights and interior lights, we will regularly check whether the lumen values match the specifications. For products with CCC, DOT, ECE, ADR and other traffic safety certifications, our company will regularly check the lighting distribution to determine whether the batch products meet the regulatory requirements.

Q3:What is your MOQ?

For standard products without customization, our MOQ is 500 pcs per model. For custom logo orders, MOQ is 1,000 pcs per model. For sample orders, we accept smaller quantities. If you are a new customer looking to test the market, please contact us to discuss flexible options.
